wirk.io is a showcase website: the only personal data collected directly is submitted through the contact form (last name, first name, e-mail address, phone number, subject, message and optional attachment).
This information is processed in order to answer your request and follow up on it. This processing is based on pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6.1.b GDPR) and on our legitimate interest in answering the requests sent to us (Article 6.1.f). It is intended for Wirk’s sales and support teams and is kept for 3 years after our last contact, then deleted.

We measure this website’s audience with Matomo, a solution we host ourselves: no data is sent to any third party. Matomo is configured in accordance with the consent exemption defined by the French supervisory authority (CNIL) for audience measurement tools: no cookie or identifier is stored on your device, IP addresses are anonymised, and the data is used solely to produce anonymous statistics, without being cross-referenced with other processing.
